Patrick J. Danaher
He began practicing architecture in Philadelphia in 1996, and has been doing so in Chicago since 2001. His career has focused on delivering, well detailed, healthy, energy efficient, buildings people love to be in.
He has been involved in all aspects of the professional design services needed to deliver a high quality building project. As a technical Architect with an eye for design he possess an aptitude for leading projects successfully through to completion.
Patrick expertise in detailing, and documentation has been refined from working on a wide range of project types, from institutional to residential. A consistent element across all of his projects is providing, exemplary client service and the building projects he has worked on have won numerous awards and recognition.
Patrick has been involved in low-energy building design and renovations using the Passive House energy design standard, the most aggressive building energy standard in use today.
Most recently at Morris Architects Planners, Patrick is using his architectural expertise to design and actualize contemporary theatre spaces. Theatre projects include an 82-seat end-stage theater adn rehearsal room for the Green Line Performing Arts Center at the Univeristy of Chicago, a 150-seat flexible black box studio theater, and a 200-seat proscenium theatre with a full fly system.
