Temporis is a 22-seat prix fixe restaurant offering a tasting menu and wine pairings. The interior design includes banquette seating and a prominent but tiny wood and marble bar. The custom designed tables include convertible center-piece inserts. The inserts are designed in concert with menu variations provided by the Chef d’ Cuisine, a former sous chef at Le Nomades in Streeterville. The Chef’s other requirements include a basement herb garden and wine cellar.
