This multi-venue adaptive-reuse project will include a 330-seat modified-thrust theater, a 140-seat playhouse, two 135-seat cabarets and an 80-seat restaurant with a full kitchen. Located in the lower level of a commercial loft rehab in Chicago's River West neighborhood, the project accommodates the area's need for a rental house with more than a 300-seat capacity. The complex provides an additional production venue for off-Loop theater companies, comedy troupes, and touring shows. The restaurant and bar at ground level create informal meeting places for the public, as well as performers and production staff. An additional 140-seat theater has also been added to the facility.
