Temporis is a 22-seat prix fixe restaurant offering a tasting menu and wine pairings. The interior design includes banquet seating and prominent but tiny wood and marble bar. The custom designed tables include convertible center-piece inserts. The inserts are designed in concert with the menu variations provided by Chef d’Cuisine, a former sous chef at Le Nomades in Streeterville. The Chef’s other requirements include a basement herb garden and wine cellar.
